Very small village/town but buses come every hour to bring you to Fira - however the last bus from Fira to the vicinity of Alleys is 9pm (2100). The location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s perfectly situated to explore the entire island — just a short drive to Fira and the black sand beaches — yet still feels private and serene.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with recommendations or arrangements, making our stay effortless. We had stayed there the year prior as well and the staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade - which was much appreciated! And, they will arrange for scooters or atvs to be delivered directly to the hotel (quite convenient!)
