The property features a fully equipped kitchen, two modern bathrooms, and a welcoming interior. Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and a terrace perfect for dining. Its excellent location offers a quiet retreat while serving as a great base for exploring the beaches and towns of Istria.

We recommend traveling by car to reach Villa Bianca in Rogovici for the best flexibility. Free private parking is available on site. While public transport is limited, the villa is a ten minute drive from Tar and the Lanterna peninsula. Pula Airport is the nearest major hub and is located about one hour away by car.

Other Things to Note:
Included services include access to our private swimming pool which is open seasonally from April to November.
Your stay also covers final cleaning, free parking on the premises, air conditioning, fresh towels, bed linens, and wireless internet access. Please note that we offer optional services including a cot or crib and a baby high chair for our younger guests.
For arrivals outside of our standard check-in hours of 16:00 to 21:00, please contact us in advance.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 10 Euros per pet per night, though please note that dangerous dog breeds are not permitted.
To ensure compliance with public safety regulations, all guests must complete an online check-in process which may require a photo of your identity card or a selfie.
Check-out time is strictly 10:00 and we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 10:00.
