Villa Rotondo-charming villa with heated swiming pool few steps from beach
- Our modern holiday house Villa Rotondo in Kaštela, town between UNESCO World Heritage Sites Split and Trogir, is a comfortable base for exploring the Split riviera, while delivering all you need for a relaxed poolside vacation too.
Villa Rotondo is comfortable and consists of three apartments which are connected by internal stairs. The comfortable living area as well as a bedroom with bathroom are on the ground floor, while four more bedrooms with two bathrooms and additional small kitchen are upstairs (200 sq.m. indoor and 80 sq.m. terace) . The house provides a comfortable stay for 10 but on sofas in the living room can accommodate 2 more people. House is fully equiped with a aircondition, satelite tv and wi-fi. Spend many pleasant hours on the terrace and in the green garden with swimming pool and barbecue. There is also a little play area for children.
The facilities that the villa has are outdoor swimming pool 45 sq.m., a little play area for children, a private parking place for 4 cars and two bikes for free. At outdoor fireplace guests can also enjoy the barbecue.
We will be available to our guests the whole time if they need.
