Three Bedroom Villa with Pool

Maglica Exclusive Residence is a fully private, fenced villa that combines modern comfort with a family-friendly atmosphere. The property features a spacious ground-floor villa and a large exterior area, perfect for relaxation and fun. The villa includes a bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen with large glass walls that open to the outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying meals or relaxing on rattan furniture. It has three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms (two full and one half), as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer. All rooms are air-conditioned. The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and TV, while the third bedroom features two single beds that can be combined into a double, a wardrobe, desk, and TV. The villa comfortably accommodates six guests in the main beds, with an additional guest on a sofa bed in the living room.

The exterior area offers a heated pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a covered terrace with rattan furniture, a barbecue, dining table and chairs, and a garden with a children’s playground. Guests also have free access to four bicycles and two electric scooters, as well as small yoga and training equipment. Parking is available on-site.
