Welcome to our quiet beachfront villa with its own beach access and pool, ideal for families with kids.

Beachfront side has its own vacation terrace and direct access to the beach, with beautiful view to the Split and islands across.

You will also enjoy using our big garden with outside table with chairs, summer kitchen, barbecue...

Despite it's just 5 min walk from the airport, there's no plane noise as runway is on the other side, and there is no noise from the road too.


**** About the villa:

Villa is located in a small village Resnik, ideal for a quiet and private vacation for families with kids.

That's a beautiful private location with our own access to the secluded beach.

You will also enjoy our large pool, shaded patio with barbecue, large 300 m2 garden, summer kitchen, outside bathroom and shower, deck chairs and parasol at the private beach.

You also have a free private mooring for a smaller boat if you are renting a boat.

Villa consists of two separate comfortable 70 m2 flats on the ground and first floor of the villa.

Each flat has an air-condition, dining area, two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.

Each living room has TV with satellite channels.

Kitchens are fully equipped with stove, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffe machine, kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Both bathrooms have shower and hair dryer.

Villa also has a washing machine.

You also get a free private parking spot , Wi-Fi high-speed internet, iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.

Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.

You will have exclusive access to the villa and all its amenities.

You will get two parking spots in the yard of the villa free of charge.

**** Other things to note:

Everything needed will be provided on site including password to use internet.


**** The Neighbourhood:

Village Resnik is a small settlement between Kastela (1 km) and Trogir (4 km).

It's ideal for a quiet vacation and still being close to the big tourist centers.

Despite being close to the airport, it's very quiet place as it's on the other side of the runway and out of the line where planes are landing. Also, it's 600m from the main road, so there's no car noise at all.

Center of Kastel Stafilic is 2 km away, medieval town Trogir is just 4 km away, and Split is 24 km away, connected with a speed road.


**** House rules:

Smoking is not allowed inside, but can smoke outside.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

Security deposit of 200 EUR will be taken on arrival and returned on check-out if there is no damage to the villa.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything and just enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.

Bus station is 600m away.

Split Airport is just 500m from the villa.
