Booked the hotel for a layover night on a longer car trip and only picked the hotel for its cheap price and because was it on my route. Against my expectations the room was very large, clean and it had a very good bed. The hotel staff was friendly and spoke perfect English.

We had a nice stay. It would however be nice with a bit more information on the website regarding opening hours. The sauna is turned on in the afternoon, so if you're checking in late and only stay for one night, you don't have the opportunity of using the facilities. The restaurant was great and we had a really nice waiter.

Does not deserve its stars

An overrated hotel. The hotel is very close to a road with heavy traffic. No parking for hotel guests. The room was quite worn. The TV could only be watched from one of the beds. Balcony rosty No extra facicilties neither for the dog nor for us. Breakfast was friendly an ok.

clean, but our overall stay was disappointing

No air conditioning, no fridge in the room for a 4 star Hotel this is odd. In addition, due to some events, the restaurant was closed - disappointing because we heard is good. The food at the pub is really disappointing. The bed was comfortable and the spa area was good.

the heat in the room very bad, a fen was provided the noise from downstairs partying, the music was turned low, no extra phone to the registration no extras what so ever like coffee/tea self-service, fridge, wardrobe, second pillow to watch TV, conditioner or body lotion, just sparkling water, I prefer natural water someone had been smoking in this room , bad smell

Das Parken war ca 200 m entfernt auf einem Wanderparkplatz möglich. Da ich als Frau alleine im dunklen angereist bin, hätte ich mir einen Parkplatz direkt am Hotel gewünscht.

Das Hotel an sich ist wirklich sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Sauna war ebenfalls toll und sehr erholsam 🧖‍♀️✨. Besonders das Frühstück war ausgesprochen lecker und vielfältig – ein echtes Highlight! 😊 Leider waren unsere Zimmer zur Straßenseite sehr laut. Man hatte fast das Gefühl, direkt an der Autobahn zu schlafen 🚗💨.

Wir haben uns für einen spontanen Wochenende Trip dieses Hotel ausgesucht. Die Lage in der Nähe zur Wilhelmshöhe gab den Ausschlag. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und sprachlos, als wir unser Zimmer betraten. Ein unverbauter Blick über Kassel durch riesige Panorama Fenster. Das Bett war sehr bequem, alles war sehr sauber und das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war absolut außergewöhnlich! Einziges Manko bei unseren Besuch: Es waren 35 Grad draußen und die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Es war also eine sehr schwüle Nacht. Laut Aussage des Personals, ist man aber bereits dran, eine Klimaanlage nachzurüsten. Insgesamt eine Top Empfehlung, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Es war schlecht geputzt, die Parkverhältnisse sind eine Katastrophe. Das Frühstückbuffet war schön angerichtet und bei der schöne Aussicht vom Wintergarten kann der Tag gut beginnen.

Der Begriff Designhotel trifft es nicht....

Ich verstehe hier den Begriff Designhotel nicht. Ein Designhotel ist definitiv anders eingerichtet. Außerdem war das Bett viel zu weich, die Dusche und das WC viel zu klein und eng, dabei hatte ich schon das Komfort-Zimmer. Das Waschbecken war wie bei einem "billigen" IBIS Hotel im Zimmer. Die Parkplatzsituation ist katastrophal. Da ist noch ganz viel Entwicklungspotential.

Hatte das Hotel in sehr guter Erinnerung…. Schnippische Empfangsdame. Falsche Parkplatzangabe und dann noch ein Zimmer, bei der Größe und Ausstattung (Matratze unterirdische Qualität) nicht dem abgerufenen Preis entsprachen. Der Barkeeper hat aber dann mit seiner wohlwollend freundlichen Art den Abend gerettet. Scheinbar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, viele Hürden (Aufzug hat techn. Probleme, Zimmerbeleuchtung fehlt) … aber sonst okay..
