素晴らしい

Nice staff👍 Not close to Karuizawa station but it is good for a night stay👍👍 Took ard 15-20 mins by bus to the hotel.

The outdoor private onsen is amazing. Staff with limited English but willing to help. The booking system for the private onsen is based on first come first serve, no reservation ahead so you have to keep calling front desk to check for availability....that needs to be changed. Other than that, I'd recommend it to those who enjoy traditional Japanese Ryokan.

一間新裝修的傳統小酒店，服務到位，早晚餐是簡單套餐但足夠美味，貸切温泉環境好而且免費，採取先到先得形式，不可預約，唯有些小梯級，大行李可能不方便，但職員會幫忙。整體說，性價比很高，很滿意！

あまりおすすめできません

部屋に案内され、部屋をあけた途端に上がり框に虫が死んでいて、ホテルの方に取っていただきました。 いつ入ったのかわからないのでなんとも言えないのですが、ちょっと気持ち悪かったです。 また、朝ごはんの最中に布団をあげられます。先に言っておいてくれれば少し準備もしておいたのに、事前に知らされず、でしたので、朝のお風呂の後の用意などが散らかしたままで、それを見られたのが非常に気分が悪くなりました。 色んなホテルや旅館に宿泊しておりますが、今どき朝食中に布団上げに部屋に入りますかね？

超過百年歷史既傳統日式旅館，環境清幽，房間整潔乾淨，日式房間空間大，有浴室洗手間；有室內溫泉（24小時開放）及露天溫泉（只有兩間，開放至11pm）！唯一不方便是設有門禁，11pm後不能進出旅館。而且附近完全沒有餐廳及便利商店，建議自駕遊！

お部屋は素晴らしいのですが・・

お部屋は素晴らしかったですし、接客も問題ないのですが、 楽しみにしていた温泉の大浴場が壁も浴槽もカビがかなり目立っており、、想像とかなり違いました。素敵なお宿だけに、勿体無いと思います。ぜひ、大浴場のお掃除を徹底していただきたいです。

a little bit far from the town, must drive to get there. there's no lift in the hotel. and the hotel has a curfew , you have to back to the hotel before 23:00
