"This hotel is a hidden gem with helpful and friendly staff. Feels like a b&b with cooked breakfast, games area for adults and kids. The staff went above and beyond - helping us with transport to our next destination, making calls (in Japanese) and driving us to our shuttle connection. Rooms were comfortable and warm. It’s about 10mins from the town centre but they do offer pick up and drop offs from the train, and it makes it quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend! "

"We had a lovely stay at the Karuizawa Marriott Hotel. The room was neat and tidy, and we especially appreciated the wooden flooring, which gave the space a warm and clean feel. It was spacious enough for a family with kids, making it very comfortable for us. The onsen facilities were also excellent, adding a relaxing touch to our stay. Dinner at the Italian restaurant in the hotel was delicious, and the hot breakfast buffet the next morning was appreciated. Additionally, Hotel Karuizawa Cross is located next to a popular street with shops and restaurants. We look forward to our next visit!"

"非常棒的位置，服务和设施。服务一流。无论是Villa的接待人员还是滑雪场的工作人员态度都非常好，非常客气。前台的妹子都很漂亮，还兼当司机，有什么问题都非常耐心的回答，有一次电话里沟通不清还特地跑到别墅当面给我示范。租赁滑雪装备时工作人员也非常耐心的给我们一件件试穿，还主动叫车送我们回别墅。住villa的客人在度假村内无论去哪都可以叫专车接送，去车站和购物中心也有专车接送，其实距离也不远，后面都不好意思麻烦他们了，自己走过去。别墅非常温馨舒适，房间也大，我们一层楼别墅住6大1小也没觉的局促。滑完雪泡个温泉，到服务中心喝个免费下午茶，再回到别墅点起个火炉坐在摇椅上简直是神仙般的享受。唯一觉得差点的就是温泉的设施，进门就要脱鞋，一路赤脚走到二楼，更衣室地板都有水，不是很干净，也没有按摩椅，和专门的温泉酒店还是有差距，但也算不错了"
