The only problem was that when we came back one night to the hotel on Saturday at 21:00, we requested to charge our electric car and the staff had no clue what the procedure was and how to activate the charging station and he told us he did not have information which was unacceptable. "We LOVED our stay! The hosts responded quickly to our messages and were very friendly. The property was so family friendly and accommodating to families with young children. They had a pack and play, changing station, kid’s table, high chair, and kids books. There were also tons of outdoor activities right on the property (trampoline, sand box, slide, toys, flower picking, farm animals) that our daughters loved! The inside was very spacious and there was more than enough space for our group of 7. We also loved the location. We were easily able to plan day trips to Zurich, Stoos, Lucern, and Interlaken. Definitely recommend booking this place! "
