Die Wohnung ist frisch und geschmackvoll renoviert in einem Altbau. Sie ist sehr sauber. Die Räume sind gut geschnitten. Man hält sich in allen sehr gerne auf. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und bietet nach hinten ()Balkon) einen Blick ins Grüne.Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut (weniger als 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof oder zur Stadtmitte).
