Lovely little hotel. Not too busy, always easy to find somewhere to sit. Rooms. Great size with a lovely balcony. Grounds kept really well with beautiful flowers all around. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast, place to park the car. Short walo to town and beach. No complaints, would stay again, thankyou :)

This was probably the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The hosts and staff were fantastic and really provide everything you need. The apartment was really unique in terms of design but had everything you needed. It was spotlesssly clean and we had toiletries, and dishwashing items provided. We had tea and coffee making essentials and they were replenished daily. We had shocking weather on our last day but the host very kindly let us have the room a little longer than the usual check out time. I loved the fact that there were no hidden extra and they weren’t trying to charge you for everything, they certainly go the extra mile to give you a relaxed stay. If I had to be critical I would say that the only problem we had was the inconsistency in temperature of the shower running hot then cold. The actual complex itself is beautifully designed. A local waitress asked where we were staying and when we told her she said “ah you’re in Mamma Mia land” and she was right! The pool and bar area was attractive day and night. All in all, I would highly recommend. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The staff was very nice. We were there for four day. It was in a good location for walking to the beach into the stores. Only issue was air-conditioned. Did not work properly. Got hot in the evenings in the room. Staff did what they could to get it fixed unfortunately we left for our next island before it did get fixed.

The service and staff at this hotel is absolutely superb. It’s tucked away, with no sea views, but it outshines any of the bigger hotels by a long way.

Excellent stay at Nissia Kamares. The area was quiet and safe, a very short walk away from local amenities, restaurants and beach. The hotel is decorated to a very modern standard. The hotel grounds are beautiful and picturesque. Staff are all externally helpful. We hired a car to explore and the hotel had free self parking/car park which was a huge bonus.

Little gem of a place

Beautifully set in its own picturesque little Greek village, close to everything. Accomodation is roomy and comfortable with all you could possibly need. Fantastic pool which was not overcrowded. All the staff were lovely and accomodating. The breakfast buffet was fresh, healthy and delicious.

One night stay before flight

The check in was excellent. Paula was really helpful & could not have done more to make us welcome. Room wasn’t ready, but given towels and the use of facilities straight away. All ? and queries answered quickly & with humour. Pool area very nice. Bar & restaurant only open to 4:30pm. However, so many just a short walk away, it makes sense that they don’t try to compete. Would definitely stay here again if in Kos.
Good pool area
Rooms are authentic Greek but with a modern twist.
Kitchen area for if you want to self cater.
Shuttered window to patio.

The Best Holiday

This was our 2nd time staying at the Nissia Kamares and we loved it again and will be booking for next year. The apartments have been redecorated and modernised and are really beautiful and comfortable. The bathrooms are lovely now with a really good shower. Lots of wardrobe space, super air-conditioning which is very much needed. The grounds are immaculate and really beautifully kept, the pool is spotlessly clean and beach towels are available too. Towels and bedding are changed on the room every other day and rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet is always fresh and there's plenty to choose from and an endless supply of good coffee! The food through the day is lovely, tasty and there's lots of it. The bar is well stocked and the measures are large!! The thing though that makes this place special though are the staff, they are fantastic. They welcomed us back like old friends, they work tirelessly to make sure everyone is happy and they always have a smile on their faces. Every single one of them are absolutely lovely and I cannot wait to return next year.

Good well kept all-inclusive hotel with nice rooms, good beds, good services. Breakfast an dinner were tasty, a-la-card restaurant are always difficult to book. The beach is not sandy, clean and wide. It’s difficult to get into Kos town by public bus, it’s often fully booked and didn’t stop. Better is to use a bike.
