Right from check in the staff were friendly and helpful, and genuinely wanted to make your stay great.
The room was perfectly clean when we arrived, and they offered daily cleans and a turn down service in the evenings. They even left a flower petal happy birthday message on my birthday!
From breakfast to Tapenyaki tasting menus the food was 5 star, breakfast had a wide range of delicious options, the Copper dinner restaurant was stunning, and the lunch menu at the pool was amazing. Even room service was tasty and speedy!
The hotel itself is such a luxury, with thick jungle style foliage lining the path to the rooms, and from the Canopy Suites it’s thick enough to not be able to really see the path beneath so it all feels very private. The rooms are well maintained and beautifully decorated. And the infinity pool has the most amazing view.
I truly cannot fault this property and would recommend it to anybody. We can’t wait to come back!"
