"The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Holidays. The front desk person, Louise was efficient, welcoming, friendly, helpful, and just an asset to this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The room had water for the guests which is a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities one could need. The only negative comment I have is the pillows on the bed were not comfortable, which would not affect my choice to return here. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. (I travel each week for my profession) and the food was freshly made, and there was a wide variety of choices: fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and different pastries. It was such a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back."

"I had to get this place last minute for a week when my wife was recovering from surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and I needed something close because I didn’t have my car (long story) with me. Thankfully enough it is close enough to either walk OR Uber for approximately 25-30 a day round trip.It was exactly as described and very nice. You know when a place just feels “nice”? That’s the way I would describe this place. Bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet, it’s stocked with anything you would need to cook or bake and the communication with owner is lightning fast. I’m not blowing smoke, it didn’t matter what time I messaged, I had a reply within 10-15 minutes sometimes less. I need help with signing out the previous renters Netflix that was locked, they walked me through it. I didn’t have laundry detergent to do laundry, and they placed an Amazon order and I grabbed it at the back door the next day. Management even checked in with me to know that I was able to resolve whatever it was I messaged them about.The area is nice and safe as well. It was pretty seamless to check-in and get in for the first time.I would 1000% stay again and will if we need to go back.This place is a winner. It’s nice and priced better than a stay in the local hotels. I had a better experience here than I would have had at a hotel as well."
