"Secured and easy access to stores "

"Large room, very clean, excellent service, high quality hotel."

"Clean room. Near to mall. Only drawback is that its not fully open"

"Check in process was quite slow and staff not really happy to help. The room was quite old and not maintained. Towels are not clean. The elevator is quite slow, so please plan your check out well. However. It's walking distance to Hextar world mall which convenient."

"Had a wonderful stay at Quill Residence. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants and shopping areas. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very helpful and responsive. The room was spacious, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Really enjoyed our stay there"

"It is a private property, I did not expect that there isn't any reception. The security would not help you to get into the apartment. You need to contact the owner. They are trying to be nice and helpful. The property is relatively modern, well maintained, nice and safe for family trip or a group of people."

"Gorgeous views, nicely appointed rooms"

"We will stay there again next time , very clean close to everything"

"Family friendly"

"The accomodation was really good The room we was in had an excellent view of the petrona tower"

"Very disappointing stay. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The blanket was yellowish and looked old and unclean. The bed was in poor condition, sinking badly in the center whenever someone lay on it, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. There were ants crawling around the room, which was unpleasant and concerning. The toilet bowl was also poorly maintained, with visible fungus stains inside. These issues gave the impression that housekeeping and maintenance standards are not being...

"Check in process was terrible. The Property was supposed to send me my room number and check-in information prior to my arrival and they never did. I arrived around 11:30 PM to the property and there was nobody at the front desk to check me in. I had to rent a hotel room for the night till they staff at this property. We’re back at the Front Desk around 11 AM next morning. This was a huge inconvenience and a lot of money."

"Good location nearby attractive spot. Host is very responsive and kind. Will repeat next stay very soon."

"Room need a new paint and need some upgrades nice place near shopping centres and resturants"

"Great location, clean and modern apartment with a lovely city view. The bed was very comfortable, and the garden pool was a nice place to relax. Host was friendly and responded quickly. Highly recommend staying here!"
