From the parking area, a single flight of stairs leads down to your private ground-floor entrance. Inside, the open-concept living area feels bright and airy, with plush seating, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a large LCD flat-screen TV. Two sets of floor-to-ceiling lanai doors and windows flood the space with natural light and gentle ocean breezes, opening onto a private patio enveloped by lush tropical landscaping, making it the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply listening to the waves. Additional comforts include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and free unlimited calling to the U.S. and Canada.

The master suite is a peaceful retreat featuring a luxurious king-size bed, oversized windows, and a private lanai. The spa-inspired bathroom elevates everyday luxury with a spacious walk-in tiled shower (complete with sun windows), dual granite vanities, oversized mirrors, and a private toilet room. Kapalua Bay Villa 25G4 is professionally managed by Quam Properties, who provide complimentary concierge services and a thoughtful one-time starter supply of toiletries. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are provided for your use during the visit.

Please note that two extreme storm events impacted the 2026 work schedule for the Bay Villa pools. The updated schedule is as follows:
Closure Dates
Pool C: March 30 April 24, 2026
Pool A: April 27 May 22, 2026

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm
To get back on schedule, Saturday work may be required.
The schedule is based on weather conditions.
During all closure periods, the affected pool areas will remain active construction zones. For safety reasons, there will be no access to the pool decks, and associated amenities, including BBQs, showers, bathrooms, and pool furniture, will not be available for use in the affected areas.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
