Exquisitely renovated and tastefully decorated in Summer 2022, our Northwest Maui vacation villa set atop the ridge just above the Kapalua shoreline is the ideal location for your next Hawaii vacation. Kapalua Ridge Villas 2612 is positioned in the most sought after location on the entire property with ocean views overlooking the beautiful blue waters of the Pailolo Channel between Maui and the island of Molokai.
NOTICE: Unit 611 will undergo renovations starting March 1st, 2024, with an estimated completion date in the first week of June.The villas are situated at a comfortable distance from each other, and the noise generated during the project is unlikely to significantly impact other units.To minimize disruption, noise-generating work will be limited to weekdays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Saturdays will involve quieter tasks, and there will be no work on Sundays or holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.
