You will have no trouble feeling welcome in no time with the tasteful island decor, fun blue accents, and seamless flow of the living area and full kitchen. When days heat up, slip into your favorite bathing suit and head down to the shared pool for a quick dip, or make your way a few steps further to get those long-awaited sandy toes on the beach. When you return to home base, switch on the two portable air conditioners and let the chef of the group whip up a tasty meal on the modern appliances as everyone else kicks back on the sofa with a favorite show or movie on the flatscreen TV.





    You will not find a better location than this for unlimited fun for all kinds of adventures. Local restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores sit within walking distance for your convenience, so don't worry about having to go far for some necessities. If a bit of hiking is on the agenda, soak up absolutely breathtaking views from Sleeping Giant Trail Head (one mile) or Opaeka‘a Falls (two miles). Not to mention, a round of 18 can be found at Wailua Golf Course just two-and-a-half miles down the coast.

The condo was great. Very clean and well stocked. The balcony had an amazing view and was very private. Bedroom was comfortable and the pullout sofa sufficed for kids. Location was a huge benefit of this condo. Numerous eateries and coffee shops were right across the street.

The view is the main reason we booked this place. The location is great too. There are stairs so that is difficult with luggage but still doable. The air conditioner is rather loud but expected with the setup like most places on the island. Better to have air conditioner vs none at all. Would recommend to others.

It’s hard to put down how nice this unit was. Comfortable beds, AC, washer and dryer, everything was tip top. Location is great if you are planning on exploring the island. Easy access to great bakeries, shops, and restaurants. And most of all, the view. It’s near impossible to beat a balcony on the ocean where you can sit and listen to the waves and wind, watch the surfers and the sunrise. 100/10

Amazing stay!

The owners really thought of everything you could want/need and is labeled to eliminate any doubt! The amenities are over the top and the place couldn’t be more perfect for the price! The unit has AC and that is NOT alway the case when you rent a condo here in Kauai. The temp is always great but after a long day out side it is so nice to take a shower and not instantly be sweaty from the humidity. 11/10!

Wailua Bay View

Clean, safe condo complex. Pool is nice but cold! Used the grills near the pool area X1 and that was nice. Beach is nice and not over-populated. Enjoyed the other guests-environment is calm and friendly. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellla, and portable cooler came in handy! Kitchen had adequate amenities, we were able to steam fresh clams and cook anything we wanted. Only constructive criticism is the quality of TP and scratchy set of sheets, but both are fixable :-)

The View!

This place is beautiful. It was very clean, well stocked, plenty of towels, everything you could need! Had beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, was perfect! Husband and I stayed here a week for our 10th Anniversary! Was so nice to have a welcome basket for us! The only complaint is, the fan that was in closet didn't work. Other than that, perfect!

Fantastic Views and Locale!

Our first trip to Hawai’i! This condo was beautiful, clean, and in a wonderful location for walking, beach combing, dining, hiking, and traveling both North and South on amazing Kauai’! We used the balcony every night to relax, and refresh for the next day’s excursions. The kitchen had everything we could ever need, plus bbq in pool area to make our meals. Entire resort was welcoming and impeccably clean! Loved the beach access and rinse area. Passion bakery and Napoli Brewing were amazing and located conveniently across the street. Would definitely come back to this condo. Thank you!

Teflon Pots were scratched up when we got there, probably because there were few nonmetal utensils to use to cook with; can opener barely works; no water boiler/tea pot. The Brita needs a new filter. The condo smells a bit musty or mildewy; the smell goes away quickly when the ac is run for a while. Other than the above, it was great - wonderful view, wonderful to have a kitchen, nice to have the ac option, we liked the non key entry; it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the lanai is fantastic, we loved having a washer/dryer, we could walk to the beach and kayaking...

Everything was just as advertised! On the first morning we couldn't get the coffee pot to work, so we reached out to the "help" contact and they dropped of a brand new coffee maker that morning!! The only problem we had was, we couldn't stay longer!! :( I would stay at this location again if I were ever lucky enough to come back to Kauai.

Anniversary trip

Great location. Quiet and away from touristy areas but close enough to walk to Lydgate beach daily and an easy drive to get to other parts of the island. We’ve stayed in Princeville before, but will be coming back here again. We had a great time.

We loved our stay!

We are so happy we stayed here. You cannot beat the view from your lanai. The condo had all the amenities that you need. The bed was comfortable and the space was plenty large enough for a couple or family with small children. The location was perfect to explore both the north and south coasts. We hope to make it back here soon!
