Appreciated the provided "slippers" for shoe removal at front door. Wish list options would be shoe rack in the front closet (7 people have a lot of shoes) and maybe some wash rags or face cloths for showering/washing up. Towels and blankets were plentiful! Especially enjoyed the morning back yard visits from the local wildlife."

"The Chestnut House was a very comfortable option for us. The thing that really stuck out to us was the thoughtfulness of the host. A bottle of wine was left for us, an ample supply of coffee available, lots of toilet paper and kitchen supplies. The house had everything we needed including a desk for my wife to work at. It is an older house and so some of the spaces are small like the bathroom and kitchen, but it was completely functional and nicely done given the space limitations."
