Disappointed

Hot tub not working, icky water and cover half off, broken loungers by pool, some very strange people hanging around…. One women sat at front desk with pajamas and robe, very inprofesaional. Price we paid on VRBO was more than if just calling and booking. Room was decent. We had underwater left in drawer we took to front desk. Asked for clean towels and toilet paper, no one available so had to take down ourselves, no matching towels and no wrapped toilet paper. Very strange place - do not recommend.
