"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crossroads Hotel. The room was well appointed, everything was clean, the staff was very nice and it’s in a great location. The building itself is really cool with a lot of character, and the lobby and rooftop bars were both great hangout spots with delicious food and tasty signature cocktails. We would definitely stay there again."

"The bar staff, service, and drink prices were excellent! Our room was clean and the lobby was nice. All staff were courteous during our entire stay. The disappointment was the pool and workout areas. The pool was cloudy and did not look like it had been cleaned in a while and the workout area smelled bad. The rating would have been higher if not for these two areas. Breakfast is your standard, continental affair and fed us for free before hitting the road."

"Be prepared to get stuck going in and out of the garage. The room key did not work and staff struggled to get the gates open with their own key cards. We were late due to sitting in the garage for almost 20 minutes."

"Room smelled stale upon entry. Running fan continuously seemed to help. A/C was extremely loud when it kicked in."
