In addition to being quiet and secluded, we are less than 10 minutes from shopping and many restaurants and less than 30 minutes from Downtown K" and Worlds of Fun/Oceans of Fun.

First impression was terrible as the place had not been cleaned. All bedding was dirty. Wet bedding in washer. Counters. Tables. Carpet bathrooms all dirty. Cleaners showed up about 1.5 hours after we arrived

Nice for larger groups
This house was nice for large groups plenty of space. The kids really enjoyed the air hockey table. The adults really enjoyed feeling like we weren't in the city while still being close to the city.
