They're overall property was dirty staff was nowhere around when needed the room was dirty the bed felt like you were sleeping on a concrete slab delivering smell of marijuana and rockfish was horrible and my car was messed with while there and police presence was very high for me be disturbances

When I walked to my room the door was not properly shut and looked like it had been forced in. I brought this unsettling observation to the front desk I was dismissed and told that “This room just had a door that sticks. “Who ever was last in there must not have shut it”. When entering the room I was then hit with the reek of urine. The floor was filthy and there were stains on the counter and chairs. When I brought my concerns up. I was dismissed and not refunded. I will not be staying at ANY Extended Stay America after this experience.

Easily accessible for a traveler, and lots of parking. Rooms easy to get to and spacious. Staff was very friendly. WiFi was several in my room I couldn’t register after connecting. Couldn’t pull up the page.

I planned to stay here for the first three nights of my visit to Kansas City but decided to extend my booking for the full week. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. I will say the water took some getting used to because it felt as if it were infused with saline or a gel and because I visited in the Summer, my room felt humid regardless of the temperature I set the air conditioner to. The hallways were always crisp but my room never felt brisk, it was heavy even when cool. The breakfast they offered was a good way to get some calories to start the day, and everything was digestable. I like that the Hotel was close to a bus stop because it was near the Airport but a fair distance from Downtown Kansas City and I do not drive and prefer not to spend money on rideshare services if I can avoid it. They did not charge me for a late check out, granted I turned my key card in at 11am, however, I did go back up to the room to do my own cleaning/sprucing before I officially vacated the premises a little after 12; for that I am greatly appreciative.

My flight was supposed to land at 10:40 pm. Instead it was delayed a couple hours and I didn’t get to the hotel until after 3 am. I had to call on the emergency phone to get service and into the building. The front desk agent claimed I didn’t have a reservation and tried to turn me away. I told him I have text and email confirmation of my reservation. He said they purge all reservations at 12 am and charge you as a no show. I asked did they send my money back. He said no. He said he can’t help me. After a few more minutes, then acted like he was doing me a favor by finding me a room when I had already prepaid for my reservation. Told me the front desk and lobby is closed 12 am-7 am. The tub was dirty. The room was high touch surface dirty. The bed appeared to be made up without change of sheets. The area under the pillows was smoothe with wrinkles only in the center like someone slept there. The stairwells stink because they have trash cans like dumpsters in them. Breakfast is only dark chocolate cereal bar, trail mix bar, coffee or hot chocolate. There is no water. You have to buy a bottle out of the machine or get some from the water fountain in the gym. Also, the rooms don’t look like the photos. There’s not hardwood but dirty carpet floor. The ac system was very loud and most times I can sleep through noise. Especially when I’m tired. I want to hide this hotel from being offered to me. Last time I stayed here I walked in on what looked like the front desk selling drugs

Cramped parking with a narrow driveway.Cars park close to the building, but then there is vertical parking behind your car.It is very congested.No vending machines, the breakfast is well why bother.

Every time I stay at it extended stay I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with the company itself, and its lack of concern for cleanliness is beyond belief. I don’t know how they get away with it, considering government regulations. Last time I stayed at an extended stay, the bedsheets were not even changed, and it took several complaints to get someone to change. This time the toilet was clearly not cleaned at all with yellow stains everywhere inside the bowl and on the seat. I was really worried about even laying on the bed that I put on every piece of clothing I could think of to protect my body and covered the , pillowcase with a couple of T-shirts.

The property was not well kept. It was dirty and the maintenance was poor. Two thumbs way down. Staff was pleasant but our room was dirty, there was hair from various sources around the room, the tub drained slow, the trim on the counter had been torn off, the elevator electric panel was held on by one screw and some guests were smoking right next to the door. Avoid at all costs!!
