Location was excellent. Condition of the general areas of the hotel was fine. The room had a strong must odor to it. The keys to the room kept demagnetizing even when keeping them away from all electronics. That was more inconvenient than anything. Otherwise it was a fine stay for the couple of days. Breakfast was good and the pool was good. No other issues. Thank you.

Had to change rooms twice after check in because of filthy rooms. Brown gunk all over the headboard and yellow stains on the sheets and the next room had sticky dark crap all over the nightstand and blood on the wall in the bathroom. Nasty. The pics online do not look like the hotel. Also, our room was on the side of the hwy and it was so loud it kept us up at night. The staff was nice and friendly though.

Though parts were slightly dated, the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Easy getting around Kansas City from this location as well. The only negative was the breakfast. Very limited and the biscuits weren't completely cooked. When I told the staff it was still raw in the middle they simply shrugged.

Contrary to reviews the hotel was not especially clean or spacious. The parking lot was not lit on the front side of the hotel which made nighttime parking risky given the location.

This hotel is very old and needs major updates/renovations. We did not end up staying at this property, we checked out within minutes of checking in. Very disappointed

This hotel was just ok. The staff were very friendly and nice. The breakfast was good, just like free breakfast at any other hotel. The hotel was run down though, the rooms were clean on the surface, but deep down NO! They just need to update the hotel.

We loved this hotel stay. The staff was friendly, and we had a lot of fun. We were there 2 nights and other then going to a concert one evening, we didnt leave the property other then to go across the parking lot and eat. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great time and the staff was very helpful. When we didnt feel like driving to go eat, we just walked across the street to waffle house. The beds were very comfy and the room clean. I would recommend to family and friends.
