Little cheaper room and busier area than we usually book but financially it made since to try it …. It was decent and did the job well for the price .. it was sold out and busy but still was okay !! Wings and beer at the bar inside were good .. will definitely stop again while on a work trip

I wasn't too pleased with our stay honestly. There were zero towels or wash clothes in our room and we didn't get access to any until the end of our stay (literally 20 minutes before) even after 2 attempts (one night and the next morning). Not only that, the lady at the front desk was clearly not a fan of children—not a good look. The breakfast was booming in terms of food options, but there were no clean silverware readily available to use, nor were there any plastic utensils. However, room was tidy and loved the patio. Love the location.

Understaffed at the desk for check in. The walk to the baseball stadium was good, well lighted and crossing the street was easy thanks to the local police guards, The breakfast was good. I will return on future trips.

Stayed in room 122 it smelled like cat pee pretty strong the carpet was wet all around the ac. The hotel was short on towels the 2 days we spent there the staff was doing the best they could but it was clear there was a bad shortage. Thats why the bad review. The hotel didnt look run down or dirty otherwise the food was really good. I spoke with the night staff about the smell she said she would put a message on the room the night we checked in. The day we left I spoke with the manager there was no message on the room and he didn't offer any refund or a sorry. Im not mad but if they try to charge me for having a pet in the room that I didnt have I will be back to update.

Check in staff and bar staff great. Not happy breakfast only until 9am as we are on vacation and did not want to get up early 9:30 to 10:00 would be more convent. Great location for Kauffman Stadium. Appreciate bar being open as it is not usually on Wednesday but Yankees being in town they stayed open.

We have stayed here before. It is right across the street from Arrowhead Stadium so we walked to the Stadium. Property is clean, everyone is friendly, free breakfast is very good, and plenty of free parking.

Best place to stay to catch a Royals game or Chiefs. Literally a 5 minute walk to the park. But dining options if you don’t have a car are basically Ubereats. The free breakfast was decent though. The bar is open on limited hours. For example, we left the game in the 8th and got to hotel at 930p, the bar was open, but the kitchen was closed. The front desk staff was awesome.
