The room and facilities were excellent. The service at the front desk and other areas could be better for the price point. There over charge for silly things like late check out and small things that are typically complimentary at other hotels.

I booked the room due to the valet parking.. after arriving I found out it wasn’t available.. the nearest handicapped parking was reserved for big spenders they told me.. the next was 200 yds away.. while two disabled veterans struggled with the distance and a wheelchair not one person offered any ...

Amenities were upon request only and the fridge that was brought up would not stay closed the TV didn’t work, but only a few hours of our stay.
