Simply beautiful in every way!!

Clean room, quiet, great location and super friendly and helpful staff

Great property, nice and clean, comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was good, yoghurts, breads from the local bakery, cold meats, cheese and bacon and eggs plus other cereals etc. Shower was good, although the hot water cut out once for a few moments which wasn’t great. The pool and spa were great, a lot of features and nice and clean. Dinner is a set menu on Friday and Saturday only. Overall a great hotel.

Absolute 5 star experience. The staff are so accommodating and the the view from the pool is next to none. Best hotel I've stayed at. The customer hospitality is in matched. Need a car for a day? They let you borrow there mini cooper, great way to explore the rest of Switzerland at your own pace

Beautiful stay at Eden. We were picked up from the train station and checked in quickly. The room was phenomenal with a view over the lake to the Alps. We could have sat on the balcony all day just watching the goats walk around. The breakfast buffet hot food was a bit cold, but you could order fresh eggs a la carte which was perfect. We stayed four nights here and loved every minute. It is a short walk downhill from the train station, located just off the main street of the town, so it's lovely and quiet. It's close to Migros and Coop as well as restaurants. We were warmly welcomed upon check in, our room was ready early, but we were encouraged to take our time and enjoy our complimentary local wine. We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Fassbind Beausite. Dani, Linda and their beautiful dog Heidi are incredible hosts. In the days leading up to our reservation there was lots of communication about check in and what was on offer. The free bus pass made it easy to get from Interlaken to Beatenberg. Super friendly staff and lovely comfortable small hotel with wonderful views.

Really good location, it is right across the train and bus station which makes your travel quite easy. Safe and clean area, convenience stores quite close. Don't let the outside building looks deter you (looks a bit old fashion) as the rooms are quite modern and clean, the bathroom was amazing and the amenities quite good. Breakfast was standard compared to what you get in similar hotels but still good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Most rooms have a lovely view of some nearby mountains....

Very nice to stay for relax holiday.

Very good hotel in a beautiful valley. Comfortable stay. Nice breakfast. What I didn’t like about this place that it’s 31 km from Interlaken which approximately 1 hours drive. Secondly, it’s not a tourist spot but quite beautiful and relaxing place.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is older but still has all the amenities you need. The room was very large with amazing views.

Great view and a beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation near Interlaken. It’s just one stop from Interlaken Ost and can be reached by train, bus, or ferry. However, services are not very frequent, so it’s worth planning your transportation in advance.
