The Space:
Don't be fooled by size! Piglet's Place, a 1BR/1BA casita, utilizes space brilliantly for a relaxing getaway. Indoors and out, everything was thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort for you and your pet. Please note that while this is a pet friendly property, there is a $25 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home.

Living Room - Open floor plan, couch, chair, TV.

Kitchen/Dining - Fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances along with a blender, toaster, cookie sheets, baking utensils, pots, pans, round and rectangle cake pans. Counter seating for two, dining table with seating for two.

Bedroom - Full-size bed, end tables, closet, sliding glass door to access catio and backyard.

Bathroom - Vanity, toilet, walk-in shower.

Laundry Room - Stackable washer & dryer.

Front Porch - Bench, charcoal grill.

Backyard - Screened catio, seating, fully fenced for privacy and dogs to play.

We provide high-speed Wi-Fi for our guests so you'll stay connected and enjoy your favorite shows, news, sports and more.

Looking to host a larger group? Consider renting Midnight's Manor, the adjacent 3 BR/2 BA luxury home that is also pet friendly.

Guest Access:
Guest will have full access to Piglet's Place including the front and rear patios.

There is an enclosed patio with shelves for feline friends making this the perfect vacation home for those traveling with their pets or taking cats on sleepovers from nearby Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.

Please be aware that this home is on the same property as another vacation home, Midnight's Manor. Please be mindful and respectful of their space. Midnight's Manor sits in front of Piglet's Place on the property. Still plenty of room for privacy and parking.

The Neighborhood:
Piglet's Place is in the very quiet, beautiful subdivision of Cedar Heights, nestled near the red rock cliffs.

There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.

Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Just minutes away from downtown Kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores easy!

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
