"My husband had medical issues and we had to leave. Comfort Inn would not refund the money for the last day we were unable to stay. Medical issues should be acknowledged as a reason to cancel. Our first night was great until we needed to get medical attention. Hotels.com was willing to cancel, but we were not able to contact a manager of Comfort Inn in Kanab, Utah. Very disappointed!"
