Lovely home

Perfect Hawaii House

We had a wonderful stay, the host was wonderful and a great communicator. The property was immaculate and super organized. It felt just like we were in our own home and we all loved it. We will definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Big Island Family Vacation

The house was exactly as the listing described. Very clean, well appointed and in a nice location above the Mauna Kea Resort. Views were not great just because of the way the house is positioned but if a view isn’t a priority, it’s a perfect home. We rented an electric cart from Kohala Beach Buggies which was a great solution to hop down to the beach- it is about a 10 minute drive. Residential Guest Membership is key. We utilized both the MK and Hapuna pools, beaches, restaurants and gyms. Parking and valet are free with the membership. Everything in the home was in perfect working order and the support team was responsive for the few questions that we had.

Home was as pictured in the photos. Kitchen had top of the line appliances and was well stocked for at home meals. We spent most of the time outdoors on the lanai and in the pool/hot tub, as well as at the beach and pool at the Mauna Lani. Only downside was Internet was unstable for work, TV.

Perfection! This was our first time staying at this house and it was amazing! Extremely clean, well stocked, great views and very comfortable! Donna was very easy to communicate with and we had the best week on the Big Island. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during our time on the Big Island. The home was absolutely amazing. The two bedroom suites made our stay very comfortable and the home is stocked with almost everything you could possibly need. The home was also very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the ability to go to the resort on the property to spend time on the beach was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. It doesn’t disappoint.

Fabulous villa

We found the Villa to be exceptional. It was the best stocked place we have ever stayed and beautifully decorated. The area is meticulously maintained and it feels very private. Donna was great to work with and quickly responded when we had a question. We would not hesitate recommending it.

Great vacation house

Beautiful property. Fully stocked kitchen. Loved dishes and glassware for inside and outside. Nicest glassware we’ve ever had at rental with various stemware cocktail glasses and decanter. Loved boogie boards sand toys and beach chairs. Perfect for our Big Island family vacation. Will be back!!

Perfect Combo of Privacy and Resort

The villa was exactly the way the pictures looked, top of the line and beautifully decorated. With 2 teenage boys it was wonderful having the space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is the nicest and most well stocked I have seen in a rental but the lanai is truly the best feature. Perfectly Hawaiian. And being within the resort grounds with the ability to access those beaches and facilities was a huge bonus. We loved the beach at the Westin and ended up going there almost every day.

This is a wonderful property - great location, beautiful house, exceptional management. I would rent this property again without hesitation and highly recommend. A Week in Paradise

The property manager’s communication made a point to reach out to me with any info and return any of my messages promptly. Any questions I had were answered and the special requests I made were accommodated. We also had a bottle of nice wine waiting for us when we arrived (was actually the same wine we had at our wedding <3).

Great place away from it all

This house is very nice. Well appointed, comfortable, etc. On the less favorable side, we could not see the sunset from the backyard, it's 45 minutes to most of the restaurants (main town) and I had to pay extra if I wanted to heat the pool/spa. We enjoyed our stay very much, but might have shopped a little more if I had know the less favorable facts. Aloha!

Spectacular in every way!

This is the best equipped vacation rental I have ever stayed in with everything from beach toys and lanai dishes that were perfect for kids to scotch tape and puzzles. We stayed with our two toddlers and their grandparents and had an absolutely fabulous week enjoying one of the most beautiful beaches in the world at the Mauna Kea Resort. It was definitely a great deal to pay for the resort access for the group. It was so nice to combine the perks of a resort with the benefit of a house with a kitchen and space to spread out. True luxury to be able to lounge by the pool while toddlers nap in the next room! We would love to stay here again and would give our highest recommendation for this property.

Great Home!

Our family of 5 spent the Thanksgiving Week in this wonderful unit! It was well equipped, extremely clean and the host was easy to communicate with. It has a great location and very well appointed. Being Lik fans and owning some Collections we appreciated the tasteful artwork. Came with all the necessary Beach gear but if you get access to MK and Hapuna it really isn’t needed. While an extra cost for the access I highly recommend adding it. Two of the best beaches on the islands! Mahalo!

Best place to stay in all of Hawaii

I can’t emphasize how perfect this house is for a relaxing Hawaii vacation. We had two kids who spent all day playing in the pool, my mom who enjoyed the junior master suite, and of course my wife and myself who loved being able to keep an eye on the kids while relaxing to beautiful views and quiet solitude. The accommodations are luxurious. Everything you need and more is already in the house. Quick drive to beaches, stores, and other sites. Property manager was very responsive - we had an issue with the spa heater and the repair technician was onsite within minutes. amazing. This is THE place you’re looking for - I promise.

Gorgeous stay in Hapuna Villa

Our two families of 8 people had a terrific stay! The house was spacious, clean, beds were comfy and indoor outdoor living was perfect for all of us. Well stocked in terms of utensils and equipment. Only thing missing was a salad spinner! Location is super for getting off the beaten track. Great jogging and walks around the Hapuna Estates property. Nice amenity center with infinity pool and small workout room. Note that you cannot rent a golf cart as it isn't allowed on the highway and to get to Mauna Kea Beach, you have to go on the highway. The higher velocity carts ARE allowed so try to get one of those if you don't want to drive your car each day. Donna as a host was super and couldn't have been more responsive. Overall, a terrific property that gave us a much-needed vacation and helped us get over our lockdown blues. We'll be back!

Hawaiian Luxury Plus

This was to be a family vacation with three generations, unfortunately our son, daughter-in-law, 11 year old grandson contracted COVID from their England trip a week before we were leaving. We had not seen them, so we decided to go without them. Just the two of us in a 3 bedroom home, but it was not the end of the world! I have stayed in many VRBO’s, but this surpasses all. The kitchen was better outfitted than mine. The bed was so comfortable and all linens were luxury brand. Lots of beach toys, snorkeling items in the garage. If you are lucky enough to book this gorgeous home, you will not be disappointed. The manager Donna was so easy to work with and responded to all my questions. Mahalo and enjoy this piece of paradise.
