Elegant Wai'ula'ula Villa - Designer Furnishings and Double Lanai!

Beautiful resort villa with a private pool and spectacular ocean views at the Mauna Kea Resort. Villa 327 is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath paired home that offers a spacious floorpan, a private pool deck, spill-over hot tub and large glass sliding doors for the perfect indoor/outdoor vacation experience. The owner spared no expense and added developer upgrades throughout the villa, including an extended lanai area with lounges and seating for your whole group, two outdoor showers, and upscale Tommy Bahama furnishings. The villa offers two master bedrooms, each with king size beds, flat screen TVs, walk-in closets and gorgeous en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a king size bed, television and its own private bathroom with a shower. This villa was designed for your ultimate vacation with a fully-stocked chef's kitchen, ample seating and dining options, and every detail to make this the most comfortable vacation home to entertain and relax in.

Guests of Waiulaula Villa 327 may purchase resort access to use the Mauna Kea Resort Club facilities during your stay for $195/day in 2025 + tax, per RESERVATION (not per person). 2026 fees have yet to be determined and are subject to change. Purchase of this membership includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel facilities: Charging privileges at both hotels for dining and activities, access to hotel beaches and pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers (yoga and group classes available for a fee), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotel.

Starting April 2024, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renovation. The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and all associated amenities, where Wai'ula'ula Villa 327 is located, will *not* be impacted by the renovation and will be open as normal. The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is not planned to be closed entirely - instead the renovation will occur in sections.
