Welcome to Naupaka @ Kulalani (located in Mauna Lani Resort)! This resort area abounds with beautiful beaches with easy access for swimming, snorkeling & scuba-diving; street paths for walking, running & biking; calming tropical foliage for relaxing and building special memories with your “ohana."
Kulalani's *Recreational Center* includes a large Ohana Pool & Spa, a smaller "keiki" pool and a short 2-lane Lap Pool & Spa (for adults only.)
Kulalani's *Fitness Center* includes a spa & aerobic equipment, with a selection of weight/resistant machines & free weights.
The Shops @ Mauna Lani, including Foodland Farms and Kalahuipua'a Historical Park & Fish Ponds are nearby.
Naupaka @ Kulalani is a beautiful 2 level air-conditioned townhouse; fully furnished with master and guest bedroom suites, 2½ bathrooms and 2 spacious covered lanais, one on each level. The wrap-around 1st level lanai has a built-in gas BBQ, bar sink with cabinets.
The 2nd level master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, a study that includes a coffee table with hidden desktop, and its own secluded lanai. The 2nd bedroom suite has a queen-size bed and is situated at the opposite end of the hallway. (An AeroBed Comfort Lock Queen Air Mattress is available which can be used in the downstairs living room as another sleeping option.)
Electronics & entertainment include HDTV, DVD player, cable, Netflix®, 200 Mbps internet, in-home Wi-Fi, unlimited nationwide calling, and multiple USB/ac charging outlets.
Bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped with essentials.
Beach items are located within the one-car garage: towels, rolling cooler, masks/fins/snorkels, Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrella, “Boogie” boards, toys & folding traveling wagon. Ralph was fantastic and responded quickly to all questions. Having use off the golf cart was great to get around to all things we needed within the community.
You will never regret staying in this welcoming condo. Very well maintained with a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook any meal. Beds are very comfortable with better than expected sheets. The condo is clean from top to bottom. Loved the new outdoor furniture. Special perk is garage door opener for car and gate opener! Highly recommended
Everything about our stay was wonderful. From the introductory from Ralph, the comfortable beds, the paradise beaches, the fun and convenient rides on the Gem cart, our time went by too fast. We highly recommend and will be back!

We had a lovely time on the Kona side staying at Ralph and Priscilla's property. We rode the GEM cart almost every day to get around the resort and the Mauna Lani Beach Club was beautiful. The unit was very well stocked, and Ralph was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed.
Delightful location. GEM electric cart makes a car unnecessary. Beach is wonderful. Able to play pickleball, tennis. Good restaurants. Highly recommended
Amazing rental. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and spacious. Outside of the volcano national park and beaches, there is no reason to leave the area.
I was on the big island for a conference. This home is close to the beach and an easy drive around the entire island. The home had everything we needed including a GEM cart to get around the resort. Would 100% stay here again!
We had a great stay at this property. We have stayed in Mauna Lani many times, but this may be my favorite! The pool at Kulalani is lovely, it is a nice morning walk to the "coral beach" near the Fairmont Orchid. The condo itself had EVERYTHING we would possibly need and the Gem cart was just the thing for any of our travels within Mauna Lani. Ralph was a terrific host, giving us a quick telephone orientation upon our arrival and had some good ideas for things to do while there. (Happy Hour at the Mauna Lani was his suggestion! The Surf Shack! Don't miss it!)
There were so many things to do! Having the cart to drive to the beaches was fantastic. The access to the resort parking was a huge perk! The house was beautiful and we had everything we needed for a great trip!
I understand why this VRBO gets rated so highly- the house has everything you could need for the beach from chairs, snorkels, boogie boards and more, and the resort area had so much to offer. The Gem was the icing on the cake. Ralph was a perfect host - thoughtful and quick to respond to any questions.
Ralpha and Priscilla continue to be phenomenal hosts. This is our 2nd year staying in their place and unbelievably we had more fun than last year. The condo is very well appointed with everything you could need for your stay. I highly recommend this condo for anyone considering a stay on the Big Island.
The place was exactly as described on VRBO. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we need to cook our own meals. There were even a few spices available for our use - which is a bonus!There were plenty of beach equipment for our use. We really enjoyed using the golf cart to use around the resort area. The highlight of the place was the access to the beach club, tennis courts and gym! We will certainly look for this rental next time as it exceeded our expections.
The condo was full of everything you will need for a perfect stay. A great location - super quiet and comfortable. And communication with Ralph was excellent. The Gem cart was a wonderful addition - so much fun for exploring the Mauni Lani area. Don’t hesitate - just book it!
Very clean and well-stocked unit. The complementary use of the golf cart and of the sports center were added treats. I will definitely rent this unit again.
Lovely fully stocked condo and easy contact with property manager. Only downside was the adult pool and hot tub are undergoing renovation and unable to use. Also front gate to property is really hard to reach from car. Otherwise all good
My wife and I had a terrific week at this property to celebrate her birthday. The property was just as expected from the photos. The location was centrally located on the West side of the island so we could hit the resorts North of us or head towards Kona. It was also close to the new highway to take you to Hilo. The owner was easy to get in contact with and did a brief orientation when we first arrived over the phone.
This is the second time we have stayed at this property, it’s very quiet and relaxing, with all the amenities! We will be back next year! Thank You Ralph and Priscilla
Everything was great! Loved the condo. The GEM cart was used more than i thought it would be. Great to run to the pool, grocery store, and beach club. We've stayed in this area before, but Ralph makes this condo the best. Perfect size for what we needed and Ralph is great. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!
We absolutely loved our time in this home in Mauna Lani. The location was central to many beaches and just a short cart or bike ride to a private beach with great snorkeling. It was so nice having a grocery store store so close. We loved the gym and pool access as well. Ralph was a wonderful host. We will definitely be staying again!
