Nous avons passé trois très belles journées au Mandarin Oriental Jakarta en famille. Le personnel a été particulièrement à l’écoute et très professionnel. Après notre première nuit, l’équipe a immédiatement pris en compte notre demande de changement de chambre, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié.
Nous avons également eu la chance de bénéficier d’un upgrade en suite junior, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable. De manière générale, la qualité du service est remarquable : attentionné, efficace et toujours avec le souci du détail.
