"Absolutely beautiful hotel with a great choice for breakfast including its own gluten free bar. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. My only negative point is the lifts; they are very small. Two go to the very top and an old fashioned on only goes to floor 5. These lists are used by customers and staff so if it’s housekeeping morning it takes forever to go anywhere! Other than that, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. "

"There is only one power socket in the room and that is way too high up the wall. Had to use the 2 chairs in the room to put my stuff on and use the other as a bedside table. Very quiet and warm as it was 2 degrees outside. Microwave a handy bonus. Easy access as long as you keep note of entry code as you need the number to enter the building , use the lift and enter your room. "

"Every thing was fine, staff tried to up sell a better room. After we said no, then we got the minimum amount of service. "

"Clean room, beautiful cotton sheets. Breakfast buffet, fika and dinner provided which is unusual in hotels I looked at. Buffet style and lovely salads and fresh made bread (delightful after lots of lacklustre bread elsewhere in Finland!). The sauna you have to book in advance and is an extra charge. Helpful staff."
