"Location is a bit odd, about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Hotel was quiet (we had a room facing an inner courtyard), and beds and bathroom were very good. Value was excellent in an expensive city. Grocery store immediately across the street, and several nice bars and restaurants within a block. Close to the tram to the Tallinn ferry."

"Breakfast is definitely well above expectations for a buffet. Definitely worth it. Room was on the smaller side but we were there just 1 night so not an issue. Comfy beds. Nice bathroom. "This is an amazing place to crash if you come in late or have an early flight, but even if it weren't all about the airport, it's a great place to stay. The rooms are comfy, the price is reasonable, they have a gym and laundry, they have all the food and drink you need, the breakfast was great, and you can use the rooftop bar at the Clarion next door. Scandic Grand Central Helsinki

8/10 Good
"Great location, right next to the main train station and a large bus depot. The trams are about a block away as well. Plenty of food choices nearby. It is a very large Hotel and is a square with a courtyard in the middle. It's easier to go from one end to the other through the courtyard then around the corridors. I tried the rather expensive buffet breakfast one day and it wasn't very good. I don't know why hotels think that scrambled eggs should be able to be eaten through a straw. The bed was comfortable in the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The curtains were a bit torn and there is very little space for clothing storage. The only place to put something was on a Shelf that was more than 6 ft off the ground and only about 3 ft wide. There were some hangers underneath that shelf but all in all there wasn't enough space."
