I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. The first after booking and paying for the apartment the owner contacts us and says that they are occupied and will exchange them for others there. We were scared. The second - the owner of the apartment offered us a lower price than we paid. We were scared again.
