Pulling into this hotel, I was thinking oh no… The maintenance of the office & building itself is poor and could use painting and overall cleanup of parking lot. Building looks rundown. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Building was pretty quiet. Reasonably priced just could use an upgrade.

We stayed here for one night while travelling with our volleyball team. The location was great for us, Subway was close by, and the arenas were within walking distance, which made things very convenient. The rooms were okay and it looked like some upgrades were underway, as they were painting during our stay. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the noise. The walls and floors are very thin, we could clearly hear people walking in the room above us, someone showering in the room next door, and even their alarm clock. The nighttime crowd was also quite loud, with a lot of yelling and talking outside. In the morning, we were greeted by fresh vomit in the parking lot along with empty beer cans scattered around, which definitely wasn't pleasant. For a basic one-night stay, it was okay and the location was convenient, especially for a sports team. However, based on our experience with the noise and atmosphere at night, I would probably choose to stay somewhere else next time.
