"The hotel itself was very nice and the food was excellent staff were very friendly and helpful would recommend this hotel to anyone surrounding area was pretty rundown and a lot of buildings were lying empty the beach had seen better days could have been needing a good clean up I know that the season was at the start "

"Helpful staff, loads of Sun loungers on the beach which was good. Very good range of choice for the breakfast. Tennis courts and crazy golf. Bus stop directly outside- reliable bus service every 20mins to Rhodes town and Falaraki- other than that there’s nothing really around the hotel apart from other hotels all along the road "

"We stayed 6 nights with kids and grandkids. We enjoyed it very much. Nice pool area, great breakfast buffet, good exercise room. About 10 minutes by taxi to Old Town Rhodes. All in all, a very pleasant stay"

"A family wedding, arrived about midnight and we were given a Glas of champagne, reception were very helpful . Told us what to do and where to go. The room was amazing a bottle of wine and fruit were waiting for us The food was top knotch loads to choose from. The staff were helpfull and friendly The entertainment was good the beech was always clean Definitely returning next year"

"sun palace staff from the front desk to the dining staff and the housekeeping staff were all great! staff worked very hard to provide guests a good experience. The property itself needs an upgrade and several repairs need to be made. The cost of the resort and the all-inclusive status make it work for all income levels and guests traveling with children. we enjoyed our holiday very much and utilized the bus stop right across the street from the resort to go into Rhodes town and to go to Lindo's. my husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay as well as both of our birthday's. We enjoyed the island very much. The front desk staff had a bottle of wine and fruit in our room for our 25th wedding anniversary which was a very nice touch. "
