"On east bay. Traverse has major construction and the hotel offers free shuttle service drop off pick up all over! Huge perk. No toiletries in room so pack ur own. Clean. Staff are very helpful. My room was as pictured. Few restaurants walkable, shuttle drives you to downtown area for more selection. "

"The hotel was lovely. It was in a great location, had a beautiful little beach and had everything we needed for a great stay. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and I enjoyed our view. We had a suite and it was just lovely."

"We stayed at the Delamar for our first vacation to northern Michigan in over 20 years. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We received sparkling wine upon check-in. The staff called our room to make sure everything is going well, and when we saw staff in the main halls, they asked if we could be assisted in any way. The heated outdoor pool was amazing. The patio bar was also great and had a beautiful view of the sunset. Location is convenient, and lots of parking. Room design was great. "

Beautiful, peaceful property, with lots of activities. We had a beautiful view of the sunset from our room and it was spacious and decorated perfect. The Aerie restaurant was beautiful with panoramic views. The staff was extremely friendly. The pools and hot tubs were perfect for a peaceful evening activity. The hotel is great for a romantic getaway, but also family oriented. We will be back again"
