"My family came in for a 2-night stay at the resort. We had a wonderful time at the national park. I have nothing but positive to say about the property itself. It was beautiful. "Staff were some of the most rude and started with not wanting to give me room as hotels.com had not sent them confirmation on payment. I could show them that the hotel was confirmed on my mail but the front desk did not care. Never met any more rude staff at Indian hotel. I got the worst room even though I had paid for another. Do not recommend this hotel at all. "
