"There was a problem with the number of people on the reservation. They tried to charge me another $150 US even though I didn't need a different room. End result was that my 2 kids (one an infant), pregnant wife, and I had to go in search of another room and will have to fight for a refund (which they were unwilling to do). Horrible experience, and rude people."
