"This hotel is a beautiful example of new design within a historical structure. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the showers have strong water pressure. The breakfast buffet is also delicious (extra charge)."

"We chose a place to stay because it said it doesn't allow pets. To our dismay, when leaving we saw that the room below us had a meduim sized dog. Also there were moth holes and stains on the curtains, a thick layer of dust on the door, mould in the shower area and crumbs on my pillow. Breakfast was lack luster and the whole place had an air of neglect. We were also disturbed at 3am by loud conversations in the corridor. On the plus side, it was in a really beautiful, quiet, out of the way place....

"Lovely stopover on the way home. Charming hotel with great service. We arrived late but were very well received. Clean and fresh rooms. A bit warm in the summer. An electric fan would have been nice. The village is truly charming and made for a quiet and relaxing visit. "

"We had a family room which was very spacious and great for our stay. We visited Heide park and this place was 10 minutes away. The breakfast was great for a small place and had absolutely everything we needed. The hotel is a little old fashioned but clean and friendly staff. Cute house dog on site!"
