"My room had several serious problems during my stay: a broken shower, a broken toilet seat, a broken soap dispenser, and ants throughout the room. These aren’t minor issues — the shower and the pest problem affected basic use of the rooms."

"The hotel was overall good, tasty food and quality cleaning. What was a big minus of the stay was the reception service and constant reminders to replenish missing items (e.g. minibar). We would not repeat the stay, the price/quality ratio does not match compared to other 5* resorts."
