Only five minutes from the centre of Bellingen, Afterglow Cottages nestles among 30 acres of rolling green hills and native woodland in the beautiful Kalang River valley.

You can choose to stay in our architect-designed cottage or the converted old dairy - both now spacious self-contained one-bedroom cottages where quality new fittings and furnishings create an atmosphere of comfort and simple elegance.

Enjoy the sunset over the surrounding hills from your own private deck, indulge in a luxurious spa under the stars or simply relax and watch the abundant native birdlife and the wallabies that often graze on the grassy slopes at dawn and dusk.

Afterglow offers a perfect base for exploring Bellingen and the surrounding countryside – from World Heritage rainforest, cascading waterfalls and stunning beaches to the town’s vibrant cafes, famous festivals and friendly community markets.
