"The building is perfect for a conference. Parking in the garage directly across the street. The staff were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with part of the bill and they fixed it. They listened. Very meaningful! The gym, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all awesome! The elevators made me feel more safe. "I liked the large king deluxe room. The mattress was soft. The staff was courteous. I didn't like seeing a hair and toothpaste glob in the sink, urine splatter at toilet base, stained sheets, and tv that froze and pixelated often. The $15 breakfast buffet wasn't worth it. The food was old tasting. I was there about 7:30am."

Battery missing in smoke detector (beeping until I disconnected it), wall patches need painting, interstate noise thru window that wouldn’t shut completely, exterior 3rd floor security door wouldn’t shut completely and frame loose, carpets need replacing, lobby vending machine broken, pitiful breakfast consisted of a loaf of bread and empty coffee urn.
