Potential

This property is part of a duplex with tenants on the other side. The bathroom is downstairs, but the bedrooms are upstairs, so just a tad bit inconvenient. Upstairs windows do not have screens so it was too warm. Twin bed mattresses need some sort of mattress pad between the sheet and the foam. Towels were threadbare, and only three towels provided. Property did not have toilet paper and the smoke alarm was missing when we first arrived. Communication was initially difficult with owner since the Wi-Fi password was not accurate and I could not get into VRBO app. There are minimal dishes in the kitchen, four plates, four glasses. A couple of frying pans. Property has potential; the park next door is outstanding.
