We booked two rooms in this property one for my in-laws which was a very nice and big with a separate living area and a big bathroom and private sauna . Sadly , the property is not equipped with ramps or rails for people with special needs. That made movement very difficult for my In laws . As a whole it was disappointing.

We had our own sauna in our bathroom and the house is well placed for a spectacular walk along the river

Great hidden gem just steps away from downtown
Great secluded location, just few steps away from river and downtown Kajaani. Ample parking space. Decent breakfast buffet.

Suosittelen kaikille!
Yö paikka oli viihtyisä ja kodikas.Sänky oli erityisen leveä ja hyvät peitot ja tyynyt.Olisi viihtynyt pitempäänkin ja ehdottomasti suosittelen kaikille ja uudestaan menemme vielä sinne kesällä.Aamiainen oli runsas ja maittava ja etenkin kahvi oli niin hyvää etten ole missään juonut niin hyvää kahvia.Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Loistavaa asiakaspalvelua ja nostalginen kohde
Sympaattinen henkilökunta ja nostalgiaa huokuva kohde. Haluan korostaa erikseen henkilökunnan kykyä palvella asiakasta eri tarpeiden mukaan. Se on erittäin vilpitöntä ja iloista. Suosittelen kohdetta vaikkapa välipysäkkinä kohti pohjoista.

Hyvä aamiainen!
Kiva paikka, loistava aamiainen! Kohtelias ja sujuva palvelu. Pehtoorin talossa yövyttiin, huone ihan nätti, kylpyhuone vaatisi pintaremppaa. Vähän erikoinen haju huoneessa.

Erilaista yöpymistä hotellissa
Lämmin ja miellyttävä 2 vrk yöpyminen hotellissa, joka ei ollut betonielementeistä koottu kerrostalo. Viehättävä, historiallinen ja kartanomainen piha ja ympäristö antoi aivan uudenlaisen kokemuksen. Yöpymis-asuintila kiva, siisti ja jopa omalla saunalla varustettuna. Yön jälkeen mukavaa astua aamiaiselle, jossa poikkeavan paljon tarjolla erilaisia herkullisia vaihtoehtoja, unohtamatta mukavaa henkilökuntaa. Jos Kajaanissa käyntiä uudelleen, niin tänne tullaan.

Yövyimme kahdenhengen huoneessa lisärakennuksessa. Huone ihan ok, hyvät sängyt. Kokolattiamatosta ja huoneen äänieristyksestä iso miinus! Naapurihuoneista, rappusista ja ovista kuului kaikki äänet. Meillä oli koira mukana, joka reagoi kaikkiin ääniin. Rauhattomat yöunet sekä meille että koiralle. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä ja aamupala tosi maittava.

Super Frühstück, sehr großes Zimmer, schöne alte Möbel, Haustier freundlich... Fenster gingen leider nicht wirklich zu öffnen, 1 kam mir fast komplett entgegen, lauter Kühlschrank im Schlafzimmer, konnten den aber nachts rausziehen
