"I was quite surprised that in one of the more expensive rooms—a deluxe room with a sea view—basic amenities such as slippers and complimentary water, bath foamwere not already provided in the room. I had to return to reception to request these items, which was inconvenient. For a room of this standard, I would expect such amenities to be readily available without needing to ask, as most guests would not want to make an additional trip to reception. I would recommend ensuring these items are included in the room as standard (and bath foam) to better match the expectations associated with this level of 5* accommodation. "

"Staff were really nice and knowledgeable. Breakfast was really good, enough seating for everyone. Room was nice too, only wished the A/C were colder but other than that, fantastic!"
