"Host experience was nothing short of awful . I messaged the host ‘ore than a day before our arrival when I hadn’t received instructions for check in. I sent a message through the app and left two voicemails. I got zero response. With no exact address we drove to the street our house was on and drove the neighborhood for an hour trying to find it based on photos. With the help of a neighbor we found the house but of course had no lock box code for the key. We noted a sign on the property for BachCare a local NZ rental company and called their Auckland office. Finally we got someone who gave us the key code. This was the WORST checkin experience ever."
