"This is a great value for the price, especially for a two-bedroom ADU in Redwood City. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, an induction burner, coffee maker with coffee, creamer & sugar, and a large dorm-style fridge, which worked well for everyday meals. Linens were clean, beds were comfortable, and the unit feels thoughtfully set up despite a DIY build style.The shared, enclosed backyard with AstroTurf is nice and worked well for a short stay with my dog - we had enough room to play ball with her. I never felt unsafe during my stay. Some of the gates and doors can be a bit finicky to close, but it didn’t impact comfort or peace of mind.Communication with the host was excellent — responsive, clear, and easy throughout. Overall, a solid, comfortable option and a very good value for what you’re paying."
