"The maintenence guy found us another chair because our room only had one. He was helpful and obliging. The cleaning lady was friendly, too

It was hard to find the right building and the best entrance to get to our room. Please put a BIG sign, A B or C, etc. on each entrance. And a map with "You are here." The manager could direct us to it by letter. It would have saved us a lot of time and confusion. We drove around the property several times, searching. The room numbers were inside the hallway, so were not visible from the outside.

"Staff was very welcoming, alert and chatty. We checked in after 10pm. The cookie was offered. It was sooo good, perfectly warm and soft.
The room was spacious for the 2 of us traveling. AC worked amazing!
The bed was good. Just finished a 600 mile trip so any bed would have worked. Linens were very clean and even smelled clean.
Only issue we had with the room was the bathtub drained very very slow. But the shower worked perfectly fine.
Wwernkt asked we were Hilton Honors member and was still charged the parking fee. "
